The new kid on the social media block is Pinterest. It is one of the most multi-functional websites out there. The broad range of categories goes far beyond any tangible cork board, but it’s basically the same idea. Pin anything you are interested in and you’ll have it whenever you need it. Need to know how to get deodorant stains out of a shirt? Need a recipe for vegan brownies? Need ideas for Halloween costumes? Pinterest. Need art for your home? Pinterest. Check out how Zatista is utilizing Pinterest for its customer.
We’ve been on our Pinterest game lately by loading our boards with art and inspiration. Two new boards are New Art and Recently Sold Art. Here we showcase recent additions and the trends in purchased art. The new and sold art is linked back to Zatista’s website so you can purchase the painting or browse additional works by a desired artist.
These boards are not limited to the artwork that Zatista sells. Pinterest also functions as a brainstorm board. Ideal homes, fashion and quotes are all popular topics on Pinterest. Zatista incorporates these ideas into its boards as well. Part of being in the community of art is finding interest in art of all forms, and where better to do that than Pinterest! We include boards with ideas for gallery walls in the home, interesting and artistic tattoos, and quotes revolving around art.
We’re also collaborating with interior designers. Guest pinners like Dee Kemper of Domoore Design, are creating boards of art they love. Guest Pinners join a Zatista board for a week and pin their favorite works. You can get an intimate knowledge of how designers look at art and what they think about when picking pieces for specific spaces. The home and design boards included in our Pinterest show you how to transform a bare white wall into a focal point with the art work you choose.
We’ve even added a board dedicated to the Wall Spin Blog. Here you can find more information about things mentioned in the recent blog posts. Our post on embroidered photographs included six photographs, but the Pinterest has many more of these pieces as well as links to related artists and articles.
Pinterest is a source of abundant information collected in a fun, inviting way. From ideas for art in the home to the mecca for new and developing art, Pinterest is the place to be and Zatista is ready for you!
