Artist Statement:
I am a Toronto-based artist working in photography and painting. I am entranced by imperfect imagery, using it to capture an evocative sense of place and suggesting a sensation of memory rather than capturing a documentary image. My images focus on travel, water, reflection and motion and have a meditative and poetic quality.
Education:
I have a BA in Fine Art and Art History from University of Toronto, and graduated from OCADU in Toronto in 1998 in the field of Graphic Design and Illustration.
